We Out Wow is the data controller for New Olfactory Worlds. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have under the GDPR.

what we collect
Account data - first and last name, email address, and password (encrypted) when you sign up; plus company name and billing address if you ask for a company invoice.
Purchase data - handled by Stripe; we do not store any card numbers.
Usage data - pages visited and approximate location, measured with cookieless analytics that does not identify you personally.

why we collect it
To create and secure your account, deliver Full Access after purchase, respond to support requests, and understand which sections of the report are most useful, always on the legal basis of contract performance, consent, or legitimate interest.

retention
Account data is kept for as long as your account is active, plus the period required by French accounting law for purchase records. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 13 months.

your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and export your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@weoutwow.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and its analytics does not use cookies. To keep you signed in and remember your Full Access status, the site stores a small amount of data in your browser. This is strictly necessary and needs no consent.
